Grantville Gazette 91 is all about how the Ring of Fire has changed things.  Virginia DeMarce begins the issue with "There Oughta Be a Law," asking what should be done with items seized during the Thirty Years War.  Natalie Silk's story "The Rooster and the Spoon" is next, as a Jewish orange juice business attempts to make a deal with the Fugger.  The USE and Venice sit down to talk radio in "Proposal and Counterproposal," by Jack Carroll.  Sarah Hays writes about Alyse Ballantine and her kids having to move in "Before the Barbed Wire's Strung.”

Grantville Gazette 86's stories all seem to have a new twist on a familiar theme. In "Donauwörth or Bust," Terry Howard gives the story of an up-timer who has it made . . . and gets drawn into a bet. Then Michael Lockwood tells us the story of down-on-his-luck up-timer in "The Redemption of Bobby Jones." In "Der Teufel," Robby Klotz lets us into the head of a down-time sniper who is just a bit different. Meriah Crawford and Robert E.
