BAEN SHARES PLANS FOR FUTURE ERIC FLINT NOVELS
Publisher to work with Flint’s widow to ensure author’s plans, intentions are honored
RIVERDALE, NEW YORK, August 15, 2022—Lucille Robbins, Eric Flint’s widow and heir, in conjunction with Baen Books would like to announce the forthcoming titles from Eric Flint.
The following titles have already been delivered and are on the schedule for Baen Books:
1637: The Transylvanian Decision by Eric Flint & Robert Waters—hardcover
1638: The Siberian Enterprise by Eric Flint, Paula Goodlett & Gorg Huff—hardcover
Eric was a tireless collaborator and there are a number of previously contracted-for projects in the works that Eric had already provided input on, and which will be published as by his collaborator “with Eric Flint.” These include sequels to his science fiction novels with David Carrico and Ryk E. Spoor as well as a number of 1632/Ring of Fire series novels, including novels with Jody Lynn Nye, Griffin Barber, and Charles E. Gannon.
Moving forward, any projects not already under contract by Baen Books will need to be approved by Lucille Robbins, who will be working with Baen publisher Toni Weisskopf and several of Eric’s collaborators to make sure Eric’s intentions for the series are kept. Proposals can be directed to Weisskopf at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Baen Books is known for its New York Times bestselling science fiction and fantasy, including David Weber’s Honor Harrington series, Eric Flint’s Ring of Fire alternate histories, Larry Correia’s Monster Hunter International urban fantasies, and Lois McMaster Bujold’s multiple award-winning Vorkosigan Saga. Baen’s physical books are distributed by Simon & Schuster, while their Ebooks are sold via numerous venues, including their own website.
