Learning of the imminent launch of Martian cylinders for an invasion of Earth, young H.G. Wells and his beloved Jane unite with scientists T.H. Huxley, Professor Cavor, and Hawley Griffin, the invisible man, to find a way for Britain to prevent the attack from Mars.
