The year 2583 / 0 AA (after arrival)
Two starships from Sol System entered the Ross 248 star system. The Cerite ship Ceres’ Chariot inserted into orbit around Liber, the airless moon of the seventh planet, and began to establish a settlement. The second ship was the Space Patrol’s first starship, Guardian E, which went into orbit around Eden, the fourth planet. Because Eden had an oxygen atmosphere and life, it was hoped that it could become Earth II—a new home for humanity. Guardian E sent down armed soldiers to construct research stations and begin a more careful study of their new home.
